About the New Version
- How soon will the new version be released?
In order to provide a better gaming experience, we have undertaken extensive and complex optimization adjustments to the game’s underlying technology. We have also prepared more exciting and enjoyable features and content for all of you. The new storyline and characters will lead you to discover the new changes happening on the Armuda Continent. We look forward to embarking on this new journey with you as soon as possible, and we will provide all subsequent updates about this update on our official Facebook and Discord channels. We sincerely thank you for your trust, support, and patience, as we are working tirelessly to deliver the best experience.
- Will the account data from the previous version be usable after the new version is launched?
Unfortunately, due to the extensive and complex optimization adjustments we are making to the game’s underlying technology, the character information and game data from the previous version will not be retained after the new version goes live. We will provide version upgrade compensation for all Adventurers. Specific compensation details will be announced on our official Facebook and Discord channels before the new version is released.
- How to claim compensation for version upgrades after the new version is launched?
Adventurers need to complete account binding before the version update. After the update, log in to the game using the bound account and reach level 6 to go to the Benefit interface to claim version upgrade compensation. Version upgrade compensation can only be claimed in the exclusive server for veteran players (old players).
- I forgot to bind my account before the new version is launched. Can I still claim the version upgrade compensation?
Unfortunately, since the account is the unique identifier linking the both old and new versions, if you haven’t bound your account before the new version is launched, you won’t be able to claim the version upgrade compensation.
About the Current Game Version
- Will the existing version of the game continue to run until the new version is launched? Will there be any optimizations?
The currently online version will continue to operate until the new version is launched. Due to the extensive and complex optimization adjustments we are making to the game’s underlying technology, we will no longer optimize the content of the current online version. Instead, all our efforts will be focused on developing the new version. We appreciate the understanding of all Adventurers.
