Adventurers who logged in to the game between UTC 0:00 – 3:00, 2022/02/19 (till the time we updated and fixed the bug) had the issue that the items spring couplets from the event Oriental Customs were recycled and exchanged by mistake.
Now the event has been fixed it will not affect adventurers who logged in after. The Spring Couplets will be sent back via in-game mail to the adventurers who received the “Event Items recycled” mail but we need some more time for that, please be patient. The follow-up solution is subject to the in-game announcements.
