Cinia is the daughter of a well-known aristocratic family in the capital city of Leiston Kingdom. King Julien doted on her, entitling her to be a royal member when she was onlyten. Her charitable deeds during the droughts in Leiston saved the lives of many victims, which won her the wide admiration of the people.
APPEARANCE AND CHARACTER
Cinia inherits the bushy brown hairs and green eyes of her mother. She wears the crown bestowed by the royal family. The warm smile on her beautiful face is as ifthe genial sunlight in springtime. By virtue of the meticulous protection of her two elder brothers, she keeps an innocent and kind hdart. Born with a silver spoon, she never vaunts her aristocratic background. Instead, the affluent life allows her to feel compassion for the impoverished people and she is eager to do everything to help them.
The two elder brothers of Cinia devoted themselves to the thriving of the family since a very young age. Despite the remarkable contribution they have made all these years, the people around them rarely saw cheery grins on their face. When Cinia was born, her parents wished that she would live a happy and careless life, rather than following in her brothers’ footsteps. Thanks to such an expectation and plan from her parents, she grew up in a noble house in the countryside, free of the complicated etiquette rules of the nobility.
As a little girl, Cinia was outgoing, vibrant and beautiful like an angel. When she was seven, she encountered King Julien, who suffered from frequent headaches and came to the House to recuperate. The King watched her playing around in the garden and deeply impressed by her contagious energy. Little China, to everyone’s surprise, didn’t dread at all in front of the King. She boldly expressed her genuine wishes by touching the forehead of the King, which made him roar with laughter. She got seriously sick at the age of ten and even the master with consummate medical skill had run out of solutions. King Julien exceptionally entitled her to be a royal member, wishing that she would be protected and blessed by the gods and ancestors. As if by a miracle, she recovered soon afterwards.
Cinia passed her happy childhood in the noble house. She was brought back to live with her parents until the age that she had to get involved into social activities.
Maybe it was because of her detached, carefree childhood that Cinia didn’t show much interest in the social events of the nobility. She is fond of animals and has a passion for helping others. A severe drought struck the kingdom later. The flows of people from disaster-stricken areas to the north brought an influx of victims in the capital. Cinia could not stand idle while the homeless people dying of hunger or plague. She pawned her jewelries in exchange for the money in order to give alms to the needy. Gravely sick from headaches at the time, King Julien was unable to cope with any affair ofthe kingdom. Even his courtiers could hardly meet him. Deeply concerned about the victims, Cinia eagerly hoped she would have an opportunity to meet the King in person-maybe she could persuade him to provide more assistance to the suffering people.
Cinia finally got a chance in a rare occasion that the king was in a good state and exceptionally attended a banquet. When she was about to come up to the king, a servant interrupted her and started talking about his appreciation to her for saving his life. Cinia’s mind was occupied by the homeless on the streets. Before she could think of who he was, the man went away. Later, when she wanted to ask about this servant, she was told that he had left.
Cinia’s charitable efforts not only changed the life of the people on the streets, but also supported the poor people who had been forced to displace from their homes and land. Not all these who had been helped by her had the chance to see her beauty, bet everyone knows her name by heart. Cinia is never complacent about her contributions to others. She is still busy doing her best and making earnest efforts to help the people living in deprivation.
