Description
Sur Magnum Quest is the first Divinity faction hero in the game. She is an example of a unique combination of support, healer and damage dealer. It heals perfectly in a cone (the same skill deals damage to enemies), has a very high survivability for a non-tank and, with help of its superpower, it shares an attack with the whole team. This makes her the perfect support and off-healer / damage dealer in all content. Sur spends energy on maintaining superpowers not immediately, but over time, which Cinia can use: with her superpower, she distributes energy to allies and will be able to significantly prolong the effect of Sur’s buff.
The character can perform part of his functionality without stars.

Dragon’s Awakening [Lv.3]
Sur enters the awakened state, gains 50% of ATTACK and immunity to all control spells, at the cost of 160 points of Energy per second. Once her Energy is depleted, Sur switches back to her original state. When Sur is in the awakened state, Asgard’s normal attacks deal area damage and the damage dealt increases by 20%
LV2 (101 lvl): When Sur is in the awakened state, the ATTACK buff increases to 70%, she also gains 10 points of HASTE
LV3 (201 lvl): When Sur is in the awakened state, her normal attacks can strike two enemy targets simultaneously, her Energy consumption decreases to 150 points per second
Scorched Earth [Lv.4]
At the beginning of each battle, Asgard spits out fire at the battleground, which inflicts the [burn] effect to all enemies affected by the flames, dealing 150% ATTACK damage per second for 6 seconds, and grants the [cure] effect to all allies affected by the flames, restoring HP equal to 100% of Sur’s ATTACK per second for 6 seconds. During the battle, Asgard spits out fire at enemy targets under Sur’s command, deals 240% ATTACK damage to affected enemies and restores HP by 120% ATTACK to affected allies
LV2 (26 lvl): The damage dealt increases to 280% ATTACK, the HP restored increases to 140% ATTACK
LV3 (126 lvl): If this skill is activated when Sur is in the awakened state, Sur additionally recovers HP by 300% ATTACK
LV4 (226 lvl): The damage dealt increases to 320% ATTACK, the HP restored increases to 160% ATTACK
Reign of the Past [Lv.3]
Once the battle begins, Sur gains 6% of ATTACK every 5 seconds, this buff lasts 12 seconds and can stack up 8 times. The duration resets with each stack. When Sur is in the awakened state, this skill affects all allies, they receive the same amount of additional ATTACK as Sur does
LV2 (151 lvl): In the awakened state, Sur regains 100 points of Energy every 5 seconds
LV3 (251 lvl): The ATTACK buff increases to 10%
Unyielding Wings [Lv.3]
In the original state, Sur gains the [tough skin] effect, which reduces incoming damage by 40%. In the awakened state, she gains the [valor] effect, which increases her damage output by 30%
LV2 (176 lvl): In the original state, Sur has a 20% chance gaining 100 points of Energy when attacked. In the awakened state, she has a 15% chance gaining 100 points of Energy when attacking
LV3 (276 lvl): In the original state, the [tough skin] effect increases to 60%, the chance of Energy acquisition increases to 30%. In the awakened state, the [valor] effect increases to 40%, the chance of Energy acquisition increases to 20%

The main focus of the game for Sur is damage and team support.
You can try to make a tank out of her (40% reduction in damage from the passive skill allows this), but as soon as she makes the ultimate, she will be killed almost instantly.

INTRODUCTION
Sur is a half-dragon human who has a life expectancy of the dragon and a mighty power in parallel with half-gold. She has witnessed the most notorious wars in Armada. Despite her power, she had never intervened in any of them. She and her younger brother, Asgard, rely on each other and depend on each other. However, both of them almost lost their lives when she lost her memory and wandered idly around the continent in human form.
APPEARANCE AND CHARACTER
Sur is the descent of the rare golden dragon. She looks like a human, but she has also inherited the major characteristics of her draconic ancestry. Her body is covered with fine dragon scales and her face is pale like a plaster statue. All people, who has ever the chance to see her, are overwhelmed by her transcendent beauty. In her last blast of amnesia, her brother and she narrowly escaped death, which had awakened the draconic power in her blood, endowing her the wings and bones of dragon.
The awakened Sur was given stronger power and the superior wisdom; she also became indifferent, as that of a dragon.
HISTORY
Sur cannot remember how old she exactly is. Each half dragon is born with a congenital anomaly. Her brother Asgard, for instance, was in a draconic form since his birth, but his body has grown in a very slow way, so he always looks like a baby golden dragon. For Sur herself, she was gifted with draconic power, though she did not inherit any physical characteristics from her draconic blood. Every once in a while, she would lose all her memory.
The record about Sur can even be traced in the veryes of bards long ago, which means she is older than people can imagine.
The last time Sur lost her memory, Asgard was not beside her. She forgot the divine power that she was born to have. Muddleheadedly, she went out of her territory and started her vagrant life. When Asgard went back home and realized his sister was disappeared, she has been nowhere to be found.
Wandering around with no memory of her past, Sur was thought to be as a beautiful amnesiac drifter who has peculist scales on her body. Sur soon caught the attention of the witchers and was captured and sold to the black market with a very high price. She ended up in the City of Sin, as a guinea pig for the experiments of magics. Being confined among a group of strange creatures/monsters, she might lose her life at any moment in the experiment.
When the news of Sur reached Asgard, he came immediately to save her. Both dragon blood and bones are extremely precious ingredients but it would risk one’s neck to confront an adult dragon. An uninvited adolescent dragon, apparently, is as if pennies from heaven for the scoundrels in the City of Sin. Asgard didn’t expected he would put himself in danger and was unfortunately caught in the city.
Sur could not remember her brother, but she was still concerned about his safety subconsciously. Just when the predator waved his axe, intending to slay Asgard, Sur rushed to save him without hesitation. The blade of the axe fell on her back, and lacerated it with deep, open wounds to the bone. Sur screamed out with pain, and right at that moment the whole city was trembled by a massive power radiated from her body. Powerful light beams shot out from the wounds on her back, from where a pair of blood-dripping wings, one after the other, stretched out and opened widely…
All the people around were blinded by the light, with both their eye bleeding. Sur started to whisper, not in the voice of human, but a low tenor of draconic language.
A blaze swept through the City of Sin immediately. The fire burned continuously for several days, and when it went out, the whole city was already razed to ground. Someone who was lucky to survive the fire, swore that he saw a golden skinned woman with dragon wings flying up to the sky and the great shafts of light from her back shot across the city. Nobody has ever known her whereabouts.
A few days ago, an anonymous inquiry letter about the Depraved God was received in the White Tower. Enclosed with the letter was a piece of golden dragon scale. Obviously, Sur is also concerned about the chaos happening in the continent.
Why is Hit Recommended on Skill 6 rather than Crit Dmg?
This is only a recommendation. We believe that a little accuracy is needed for each hero in order to exclude a large number of misses on enemies above the level.
